REPAYING THE UNIVERSE FOR ALL IT HAS GIVEN US IS A MUST.
For this reason, Unique Garden has its own effluent treatment plant, the Wetland, ensuring that there is no harm to nature.
But we know that we have to look from the inside out and from the outside in to be grateful for so many natural riches and beauty. With this mantra internalized, there are many initiatives that are equally important to us:
WILDLIFE SANCTUARY
The Unique Garden, with authorization from IBAMA, is a wildlife sanctuary that shelters and takes care of several species of rescued animals at risk of extinction, such as the maned wolf and several rare birds, showing that the preservation and contemplation of animal life is part of our essence.
On tours guided by biologists and keepers, you can visit places like the Wolf Grove, where maned wolves can be observed, as well as places like the reptile house, the predatory birds stronghold, the monkey cage habitat and the deer field.

During their stays, guests are familiarized with aspects involving the native species of Brazil and all the particularities of animal trafficking.
PROGRAMA ZERO CO2
Balance and harmony are values that are part of the Unique Garden’s DNA. That's why we created Zero CO2, a sustainability project that enables a mechanism to compensate nature.
Based on calculations that estimate the amount of greenhouse gases generated by events held on the hotel's premises, there is a correspondence of plantations of native species from the Atlantic Forest.
The project aims at the environmental recovery of 120 thousand square meters in Mairiporã, which is the buffer zone of the Itapetinga and Itaberaba State Parks, in the Cantareira System region.
